This is YOUR Annual Convention. An opportunity to learn and network with colleges and customers. CLE will be applied for with the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education. Pending approval is 6 hours of CLE credit. It promises to be great fun!

NC Land Title Association has reserved a block of rooms at The Homestead, for a spectacular $179 per night, plus lodging taxes, currently at 9%. In addition to the specified room rates, there will be a Resort Charge of 15%, per room, per night, plus applicable taxes, which are currently 9%.
The Resort Charge is an automatic 15% per room, per night charge that covers a number of Resort services and amenities that would customarily be charged to each guest individually. The Resort Charge includes: gratuities for housekeeping staff, use of fitness center and indoor pool, access to family pool complex, nightly movies, afternoon tea, wired and wireless internet connectivity in guest rooms and public space, and on-property transportation. Resort Charge covers all registered room guests.
The cut-off date for making reservations is Monday, August 9; however, NCLTA Expects that the NCLTA Convention will be well attended and that our room block will fill quickly given the great room rate. Please make your reservations early.
Reservations require a one-night deposit and are subject to cancellation up to seven (7) days prior to arrival.
